Jan and I spent today around the Lloyd Center area with her laptop hunting out MetroFi spots.
I was again amazed at just how many wireless networks there are in Portland now. It seems everyone and their grandmothers have one. Right down to the 'John Richard Powers' kiosk in Lloyd Center.
I eagerly await the construction of a gargantuan monolith in the crater of Mt. St. Helens (for steam power, naturally) to provide WiFi to the whole area.
